Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is not available at this time but is coming soon. Join our email list to be the first to know.
Processing Time
All orders are packed by hand by a real person on our team. We do not use third-party warehouses or drop-shipping.
- Standard processing time: 1–2 business days
- Most orders ship within 24 hours of being placed
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has shipped — not when it was placed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, or high-volume periods are outside our control.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your package every step of the way.

If you haven't received a tracking email within 2 business days of ordering, check your spam folder first — then email us at hello@barkbly.com
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but your package hasn't arrived:
- Check with neighbors and building management
- Wait 24 hours — carriers sometimes mark packages early
- Contact us at hello@barkbly.com and we'll open an investigation
We are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery confirmation, but we will do everything we can to help resolve the situation.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at hello@barkbly.com
We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
