We want you — and your dog — to love your Barkbly™. If something isn't right, we'll make it right. No complicated forms. No frustrating back-and-forth. Just a straightforward fix.

30-day free returns. No questions asked.

What Can Be Returned

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Item must be in its original or gently used condition
  • You must have proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

We accept returns on both used and unused items. If you took it on a walk and it didn't work for you — that's completely fine. That's what the 30 days are for.

What Cannot Be Returned

  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery
  • Items that have been significantly damaged due to misuse
  • Gift cards

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at hello@barkbly.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label within 1–2 business days
  3. Pack the item securely and drop it off at any USPS location
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You'll receive an email confirmation
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Refunds typically appear within 3–7 business days depending on your bank or card provider

We do not charge restocking fees.

Exchanges

Want a different color or pack size? We're happy to exchange.

Email us at hello@barkbly.com with your order number and what you'd like instead. We'll sort it out quickly.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your Barkbly™ arrives damaged or with a defect, we want to know immediately.

Email us at hello@barkbly.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damage or defect
  • A brief description of the issue

We'll send a replacement at no cost to you — no return required in most cases.
